Terms & Conditions
These are the terms and conditions of our agreement and apply to all purchases of products by you from “Tens Machine Direct” owners & operators of www.RespisenseMonitor.co.uk via this site and you should read them carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before making any new purchase.
Overseas/Internet Orders We only supply products to United Kingdom & Ireland
The Order All prices are quoted in £UK sterling and are inclusive of VAT, providing delivery is to a location within the UK. Orders placed from outside the UK may be subject to an additional charge and we are under no obligation to accept your order. All item prices are exclusive of delivery unless otherwise stated. Details of our delivery charges can be located in the Delivery Section of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Payment We accept all the major credit/debit cards. We do not accept American Express. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and any subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link, we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information provided via such a link. If products are not available for any reason after we have received your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a credit to your credit/debit card account.Please note that credit/debit card sales will appear on your statement as paid to ‘Lillies’.
Availability In stock: available for consumers to buy online. Out of stock: not available for online purchase neither for trade
Delivery We make every effort to deliver all products within the UK within 48 hours of acceptance of your order if ordered during Monday - Friday. Weekend orders will be sent out within 48 hours from Monday. Where this is not possible, we will ensure delivery of your products within 30 days of acceptance of the order. This may not apply in respect of deliveries outside the UK. Deliveries shall be made at the address you have specified in your order and, at our discretion and expense; we may deliver parts of your order separately. All deliveries must be \"signed for\" and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they have been delivered. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment and if we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and hold the products in our warehouse. If you require us to re-deliver the products, you will need to authorise us to charge your credit/debit card for such re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment less any reasonable delivery charges we have incurred. The price includes packaging and delivery ONLY for deliveries within the UK (except the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and all other off-shore UK islands). We will charge £5.45 for those UK destination listed above (Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and all other off-shore UK islands) as well as for EU countries.
Exchange, Returns & Refund policy We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you wish to exchange or return an item please do so within 7 working days in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Credit and Debit Card Charges as well as P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded. Claims for lost parcels cannot be accepted without proof of postage. Should you decide to request a refund please notify us within 7 days of recieving the product by emailing us on: enquires@tensmachinedirect.co.uk any refunds given will have the cost of postage deducted. If the product is found to be faulty a refund will be given, the cost of returning the product to us will be paid by the customer, if we exchange any product due to a fault, we will bear the cost of sending the replacement.
If no fault is found with the product, no refund will be given and the cost of returning the product to the customer must be paid by the customer.
It is the duty of the customer to test the product on arrival, if the customer has failed to contact us regarding any fault to the product outside of the 7 day period of receiving the product, we will only at this point exchange the product for a replacement, no refunds will be given, this is due to the intimate nature and hygiene of the product.
Product Details Whilst we try to make every effort to ensure that all product information given is correct at the time of going to press some changes may have to be made without prior notice being given. All prices are valid at time of going to press.
Emails All emails will be to you at the address you specify to us. It is therefore important that you provide an accurate and valid email address otherwise; we will be unable to accept your order. You must also ensure that if this address changes before submitting your order and we deliver the products to you, you advise us of your new address. We will not be responsible for failure to perform under this agreement if such a failure is attributable to a change of address.

Governing Law English UK law shall govern our agreement and any disputes will be resolved, non-exclusively, by UK Courts.
Linked Sites Our site may contain links to enable you to visit other web sites of interest easily. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other site. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information that you provide whilst visiting such sites and our Privacy Policy does not govern such sites. You should exercise caution and review the Privacy Policy applicable to the site in question.
